Smoothies are a quick and easy way to get your morning started off right. This is a great for green smoothie beginners because the banana and frozen mango mask the flavor of the spinach without covering up any of its nutritional value.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chucks
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, canned
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
