Classes

We offer classes for every level. For American Performance I and II, each class is capped at 5 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Body Blast Bootcamp is capped to 20 people. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 
 

American Performance I

Tuesdays, Thursdays

  • 8 - 9 am
  • 9 - 10 am
  • 10 - 11 am

This is a Beginner and Intermediate class. By combining kettlebell movements, calisthenics, rowing machine into interval training, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

American Performance II

Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays

  • 8 – 9 am
  • 9 - 10 am
  • 10 - 11 am

Here we incorporate barbell functional movements, kettlebells, calisthenics, plyometrics and rowing machine into intervals between exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least 3 months worth of classes of American Performance I.

Body Blast Bootcamp

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense interval training with bursts of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
